During this warranty period, we provide complimentary services on robot maintenance and repairing to the customer. Our professional engineer staffs are willing to permanently support customers by phone or at customer locations if necessary. In addition, during the warranty period, if our robots has manufacturing errors, we are committed to replace defective spare parts for customers at no charge.
